This policy explains how Biomedis International LLC uses information collected through this website. You can contact us with a privacy question or request.

Information you provide

  • Your account: name, email address, sign-in information and account preferences.
  • Your orders: purchased items, selected options, order amounts, payment references, billing and delivery details, and information needed to fulfil a service.
  • Your messages and applications: information you enter in contact, support, newsletter or seller application forms, together with the time and the choices you submit.
  • Your membership and referrals: membership terms, purchase-based access, approved account status and referral credit associated with an order.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or detailed medical records through contact or newsletter forms. These forms are not a patient portal. Card information entered in a payment provider's card form is processed by that provider. We keep the order and payment-reference information needed to administer the transaction.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested accounts and services, fulfil and support orders, administer memberships and referral credit, answer messages, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. We also keep technical records such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.

Service providers and external services

Hosting, payment, delivery and business administration providers may receive the information needed to perform their services. Our pages also request fonts and interface files from external delivery services. Those requests can disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser details.

If optional services are available and you choose them, Google Analytics can receive visit and purchase information, Meta Pixel can receive advertising-related visit and purchase events, and LiveChat can provide a chat service. These services have their own privacy information and practices. Optional analytics, advertising and chat are disabled until both the service is enabled and you give the corresponding permission.

Videos

Some videos are served from this website. Others play in a YouTube or Vimeo player, which connects your browser to that provider when the player loads, and the provider may receive viewing and device information. We use the privacy-enhanced YouTube player and the Vimeo do-not-track setting, but these settings do not make an external player anonymous.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies support sign-in, security and your basket. A separate preference cookie records optional choices for up to 180 days. Optional analytics may save campaign attribution for up to 90 days and briefly confirm a tracked email arrival. Consented purchase events may wait in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes before being sent from a suitable public page.

Referral links can record a first-party referral identifier for up to 30 days and a landing-page record so an order can be credited to the referring account. This referral tracking currently operates separately from the optional analytics, advertising and chat choices.

Use Privacy preferences to accept, reject or change optional choices. Rejecting optional services keeps those services off. Changing your choices applies to other open tabs when they receive the update or return to view. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or basket functions.

Email choices

Newsletter forms record a request for news and offers and the consent wording you accepted. You can withdraw that request through our contact form or the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email. An order or account may still need a service message, such as a receipt or password reset.

Records and privacy requests

We retain account, order, membership and contact records for customer service and business administration. Some records may need to be kept for tax, warranty, dispute or other legal obligations. Optional browser storage has the durations described above.

You can request access to your information, a correction, deletion or account closure. We may need to verify your identity and distinguish information we can remove from records we must retain. Turning off optional browser services does not delete an order or account record.
